Then you might be just who we are looking for. At Noċemuskata, we’re all about connecting people with Malta’s arts, culture, and heritage scene. From festivals and exhibitions to film, music, and live performance, we work with some of the island’s most exciting cultural organisations to help their events and stories reach wider audiences.
And now, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team, someone energetic, curious, and ready to grow with us.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be right at the heart of our creative ecosystem, the go-between who helps us bring diverse arts and culture stories to life.

You’ll be contributing to everything from social posts, vlogs, and short-form videos to TV features, magazine listings, and campaigns that showcase the island’s most exciting cultural experiences.

You’ll also be reaching out to cultural operators, artists, and event organisers, building new connections and coming up with fresh ideas for how we can tell their stories across our ever-growing inkontru.app ecosystem.

This is a part-time role (a few hours a week) to start. It’s an ideal post if you’re looking to build hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and creative content production, with the chance to grow into a full-time position as we expand.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Someone who’s social-media savvy and confident creating posts, stories, and campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• A people person who enjoys reaching out, building connections, and coming up with fresh ideas for collaborations.
• A genuine interest in Malta’s arts and culture scene, from music and film to theatre, festivals, and heritage.
• Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.
• Comfortable multitasking and managing your time to keep projects on track.
